For the last 15 years, I've worked with people with disabilities to achieve their career goals. I've served people with a variety of disabilities in a variety of settings, from public and private vocational rehabilitation and evaluation to higher education.
I also am a person with chronic illnesses, disabilities that I manage every day. I understand complex health needs. I understand the stigma encountered by people with disabilities. I also understand that we all have hopes and dreams and needs and wants.
My meaningful work picture doesn't look like a conventional "job." I work part-time in higher education. This job meets several of my "dream job" qualities. I also work with individuals with disabilities to achieve, thrive, and live their best lives, through resume development and career coaching. These two jobs together form my dream job and allow me to tend to my health. I have meaningful work, and that has improved my overall quality of life. It's something I want to help you do, too.
Are you ready for meaningful work? Let's talk.
